Dear Rock´n´Roll Friends,

Here are some useful information about World Cup Youth/Juniors, European Championship Girl Formation
place in Nyíradony on 22th of October 2011.

You can find the start list on the internet site: http://www.kengururrc.hu , Please check the names of your couples, formation (mind spelling), their birthday, if there are all couples you announced to, etc.

REGISTRATION
Our registration office will be opened on Friday 21th of October 2011, from 3-11 pm (15-23 o´clock).
Address of the registration office is:
Hotel Aranybika, Debrecen, Piac St. 11-15.
How to get there? (from all directions): www.kengururrc.hu
From the airport you will be taken here by bus. If you arrive to Debrecen in your own bus, you can find the office in the city centre. See the address.

For those who will come directly to the competition, the registration will be on Saturday from 10.00 till 11.00 in the competition hall. NYÍRADONY, MILLENEUMI SÉTÁNY 1. (The name of the building: Harangi Imre Sportcsarnok)

OTHER INFORMATION
The hotel and student home personal will require your passports, so please prepare them arriving to the hotel.
Hungarian currency is “FORINT” (1€ = about 270 HUF) which is the only valid currency in our country.
To make your payments easier, you can pay everything connected with the competition with €. In case of shopping it is easier to use forints.
The competition will begin at 12.00. The hall will be opened from 9.30 for competitors and trainers, and from 10.00 for competitors, who did not register on Friday.
If you need the transport from your hotel to the competition hall, please let us know!

At the registration place you can buy/pay for:
- T-SHIRT WITH THE COMPETITION LOGO: 10 €
- DVD (whole competition): 30 €
- VIDEO RIGHTS: 20 €
- TRANSPORT – 40 €/person (Airport-Registration-Hotel-Competition Hall-Hotel-Airport)

At the competiton place you can buy/pay for:
- The meals that you choose at any time when you want to eat.
